services
-it takes about 1-2 weeks to finish the commission. I will inform you about the estimated time after the sketch.
-if a splash is requested, the work will take approximately a month, if it takes any longer the customer will be informed beforehand.
-frequent updates on the art progress. From ideas, sketches, base colour and progress rendering. Any important change must be done before the sketch, if it's after it will be charged.
-final image sent will be from drive to preserve full resolution.
payment
-payment is 50%-50%. 50% after confirming the sketch. 50% after the finished illustration.
-No refund requests from clients.
-If I can not deliver and decide to cancel a commission, a 60% refund can be arranged.
-I have the right to reject the commission under any situation.
changes
-any big changes after confirming the final sketch will be charged an extra 10€.
-What are considered major changes?: Change >30% of character design, alter composition and/or color of the artwork, change the background.
-you can upgrade your commission anytime by paying the difference.
extra charges
-any extra character will be charged for 25€ each.
-animals will be charged for 15€ each.
-detailed background will be an extra 50€.
-full body armour/extra armour will be charged an extra 40€
-illustration fixed fee for monetized content use is +50%.
-illustration fixed fee for commercial use is +150%.
-These add-ons may change depending on the request, please check with me if there's any issue.
property rights
-once purchased, the original artwork and original design (if applicable) belongs to me. You may use them for whatever PERSONAL purpose you wish but credit must always be given to @kae.lyyn01 when reposting any original arts.
-any commercial use is charged and credit is still mandatory under any circumstances. This means you may NOT use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace unless you have my written permission and you have paid accordingly.
-I retain the right to post and use the art I have created on samples and portfolio and your ownership will always be credited unless the NDA is paid
